Chiropractor and Owner
Dr. Allie moved to Portland, Oregon to study Chiropractic and Sports Medicine at the University of Western States. She earned a doctorate of Chiropractic and then continued her education in the Sports Medicine masters program which provided on-field experience with many athletes of different sports. This training allows her to assess and provide care for acute injuries from a rolled ankle to a concussion. She has experience working with school trainers and coaches on the progress of each athlete’s condition to ensure the appropriate time for the athlete to return to play. As a compassionate and enthusiastic Chiropractor, Dr. Allie enjoys educating her patients about their health and formulating individualized treatments. She strives to reduce pain while optimizing stability and function with customized rehabilitative stretches and exercises. Dr. Allie is devoted to providing an integrative approach to treatment while keeping abreast of the latest research. Dr. Allie brings to her treatments an expertise in chiropractic adjusting, injury rehab, sports medicine, Webster technique pregnancy adjusting, Fascial Manipulation, and Neurodynamics.

Acupuncturist and Naturopath
Dr. Sigrist was born in Oregon and is a Northwest native. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Art History and then went on to receive her medical training at the National College of Natural Medicine, where she enjoyed using diet and nutrition, botanicals, homeopathy, and IV therapy. Knowing from the very beginning of her medical training that she wanted to combine her Naturopathic training with Chinese medicine, she went on to pursue further schooling in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Sigrist graduated from The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2011, where she used acupuncture and Chinese herbs to treat chronic and acute pain, gynecological issues, and stress management. She participated in the study abroad program in Nanjing, China, where she was able to participate in an integrated system of a hospital setting that also included acupuncture and Chinese herbs. With her training in two distinct fields, she enjoys using acupuncture and Chinese Botanicals in combination with Naturopathic modalities to help treat a wide range of conditions.

Massage Therapist

Michelle has been a licensed massage therapist since 2002 and has worked with us since 2004. She finds massage a rewarding career and continues to expand her knowledge through reading and seminars. She specializes in deep tissue and trigger point massage, with training also in sports massage, myofascial release, and craniosacral technique.
